Permanent, legible identification plates for machinery, compliance, traceability and OEM production. Built for industrial environments where labels fail and information still needs to be there months and years later.
The Problem
Stickers peel. Ink fades. Cheap plates stop being readable. In working factories, washdown areas, service environments and outdoor installations, identification has to survive heat, chemicals, oils, handling and time. When a data plate fails, traceability, maintenance and compliance information go with it.
The Solution
We produce stainless steel and anodised aluminium data plates that are made to stay legible in service. Whether you need one replacement plate from an old sample or a repeat batch for production equipment, we keep the process straightforward and the output consistent.
Typical Applications
- Machine identification and machine rating plates
- CE and UKCA information plates
- Serial number and traceability plates
- OEM branded equipment plates
- Replacement plates for worn, missing or damaged originals
- Folded, formed or drilled plates for fabricated equipment
- Component identification plates and part data plates
- P&ID and process reference plates where permanent on-machine information is needed
Materials and Formats
Typically supplied in stainless steel or anodised aluminium and produced to suit the job – flat, folded, drilled, cut to size or adhesive-backed where appropriate. Small text, serials, variable data, QR codes and barcode content can all be handled within a controlled workflow.

FAQ
Can you reproduce an existing data plate from a photo or worn sample?
Yes. In many cases we can work from a photo, old sample, PDF, drawing or a mixture of these, then rebuild the artwork into a production-ready plate layout.
Do you only supply stainless steel data plates?
No. Stainless steel is common because it suits harsh industrial environments, but anodised aluminium can also be the right choice depending on the application, look and budget.
Can you supply one plate as well as batches?
Yes. We handle one-off replacements, short runs and repeat production work, provided the requirement is industrial and commercially sensible.
